At Retailersupplier, we strive to provide exceptional gift wrapping services and handmade gift products. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our gift wrapping services, completed wrapping services are generally not eligible for returns or refunds once the work has been completed and delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your completed gift wrapping service, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and, if appropriate, provide a solution that may include re-wrapping or a partial refund.
Unopened and unused handmade gift products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
Items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check with your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
